Login with your FULL email address and password.

E-mail settings?
POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: User@YourDomain.com -- You can replace @ with +

NOTE: Please remember that you MUST check your POP email within 30 minutes of attempting to send through your SMTP server. When you check your POP email, your computer's IP address is recorded by the server, and you will then be permitted to relay (send) email through the SMTP servers for the next 30 minutes. This is to prevent unauthorized parties from relaying SPAM through our mail servers.

To access your FTP site
Server: ftp.yourdomain.com
Username: Your Account Username (usually: fred.com = fred as username)
Password: Your Password
     *Files must be placed inside the "public_html" directory to be "live" on the internet.
